Eubelius assists Aedifica with the acquisition of two care homes

Eubelius has assisted Aedifica with the acquisition of two care homes in Belgium – a care home in Frasnes-lez-Anvaing with a value of approx. € 22 million and a care home in Schelle with a value of approx. € 14 million.

The Eubelius team consisted of Lars Van Bever, Carl Clottens, Anouk Kerkhofs and Jozefien Laga.
