Eubelius has assisted Care Property Invest in connection with an agreement to acquire, subject to conditions precedent, a residential care centre with assisted-living apartments (Dungelhoeff) that is to be developed and will be located in Lier. The total investment value of this project is estimated at approximately EUR 26.5 million.
The team members involved in the transaction were Filip Jenné, Ruben Paredis, Elias Van Marcke and Eva Milants.
