Eubelius assists Care Property Invest with the indirect acquisition of three residential care centres

On 4 June 2020, Care Property Invest completed the acquisition of a portfolio of three residential care centres in Belgium. The total conventional value of this portfolio is estimated to be approximately EUR 86.9 million.
