Eubelius assists KeBeK II in its acquisition of CHP NV

On 26 June 2018, KeBeK II and Algimo NV successfully completed the acquisition of a majority stake in CHP NV. CHP NV is active in the design, assembling and installation of industrial lubrication systems. Read the article in De Tijd (only available in Dutch).

Pieter Turck, current CEO, and other managers will remain minority shareholders.
