Eubelius has assisted LSP Holding and LSP Dementia in connection with their successful Series A investment in Nobi NV, a company active in fall prevention and fall detection by means of smart lights. Together with BNP Paribas Fortis, Participatiemaatschappij Vlaanderen and the existing shareholders, an agreement was reached regarding a total investment of EUR 13,000,000.
The Eubelius team was led by Filip Jenné, Fréderic Van Campe and Timon Terrens.
