Eubelius has assisted the worldwide security group Securitas with its acquisition of Services In Safety. Located in the port of Antwerp, Services In Safety provides a variety of safety solutions, including the provision of fire and safety guards, supervisors, gas analysts and prevention advisors, and the rental of a wide range of safety-related equipment.
The Eubelius team was composed of Erwin Destuyver and Michiel Stuyts.
